Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party companies ("subprocessors") that may process personal data on our behalf. We notify active customers at least 30 days in advance of adding a new subprocessor and provide an opportunity to object.

Standard Contractual Clauses

Where subprocessors are located outside the EU/UK or the originating data subject's jurisdiction, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 3, processor to sub-processor) and equivalent UK addendum.

Notification

Active recruiter accounts will receive email notice at least 30 days before a new subprocessor is engaged. Candidates may subscribe to subprocessor updates by emailing privacy@oxbridgeassessments.com.
